Rheophysics of soft matter

This theme focuses on various complex fluids whose common feature is their structure, at nano- or micrometric scales. Our approach is multi-scale and multi-physics, because our ambition is to understand the spatio-temporal distribution of the elementary objects that make up these fluids, in order to structure their properties, control their rheology, or even use the couplings with the flow to implement materials or processes. The fields of application are numerous: agri-food, biomedical, materials, environment, petrophysics ....
