Processes and Forming Platform

This platform brings together experimental facilities, largely developed thanks to the expertise of the laboratory’s technical team, dedicated to interface treatment processes and the forming of materials, with applications in the fields of environment, health, and the development of new materials, within a framework of sustainable development. It includes installations for membrane separation, biological depollution systems, equipment for transfer and reaction intensification using ultrasound, as well as devices for material forming and structuring. These facilities enable experiments on pollutant degradation, heavy metal recovery, the development of functional materials, or the continuous extraction of cellulose nanocrystals for biorefinery applications. Their primary purpose is to support the transition to industrial-scale processes (scale-up).

We develop and optimize the process for producing nanofibrous materials obtained by electrospinning.
