The Annual Congress of the French Rheology Group was held in Marseille.

The LRP took part in the Annual Congress of the French Rheology Group, held at the Jardins du Pharo in Marseille.

This event, which brought together 120 academic and industrial researchers, provided an excellent opportunity for LRP doctoral and post-doctoral students to present their work and discuss advances in rheology.

Dácil Yanez Martin presented part of his thesis work on the characterisation of intestinal mucus using micro-rheology.

Nissrine Loukili illustrated the main results of her thesis on the degradation of flocculants in wastewater treatment.

Rohan Vernekar presented the results of his numerical simulations of small-scale transport in the small intestine.

Finally, Midhun Puthumana Melepattu presented his research on the aggregation dynamics of red blood cells in extensional flows.
